We want you to love what you ordered from Amazing Shop Z Store. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (such as eyelash curlers and facial tools) can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@amazingshopzstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Photos are required for damaged, defective or wrong items.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and the return address. Please don't send items back without an authorization, as we can't process returns sent to the wrong address.
- Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.
Return shipping costs
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: return shipping is free. We'll send you a prepaid label, or offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return where that makes more sense.
- Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, it follows the return process above.
